Intended for investors who can be characterized by any of the following:

SPEC           Want to remain active in their local angel investor community, yet have limited liquidity at this time

SPEC           Have been active in private equity investing in the past and currently seeking to advise early stage companies

SPEC           Are new to angel investing so anticipate limited participation initially

Attend any regular meetings at no charge.  All other benefits of Membership are included.



Active Angel Investor Annual Membership + SPEC VIP Investor Ticket

SPEC          Who invest their own money or individual that directly represent another individual’s investment interest as their wealth manager or investment advisor

SPEC          Intends to invest in multiple companies each year

SPEC          Has a personal network of other investors they would like to bring as guests to meeting and events.

SPEC          Private Equity Fund Managers and Venture Capital Firms
 

Full benefits made available at this level, free to attend all regular investor meetings and can bring up to two guests to any meeting for one year from start date.  Guests may visit 2 times before joining.   All other benefits of Membership are included.

Arch Angel Member Package:  TBD based on selected features

Intended for Investors who have successfully built other companies and intend to re-invest their capital into a new venture, taking a strategic executive role in that company...an "Exec with a Check"©.    This Member seeks specific opportunities and wants qualified steady deal flow greater than what can be obtained from monthly meetings.  This is a customized membership based on the level of service the Angel desires.   The Arch Angel can select different levels of due diligence and volume of deal flow based on their preferences and current access to personal qualified resources.   It is a limited scope engagement because we anticipate the Investor to find the deal they are looking for within 4-6 months.  A full year Membership as an “Active Angel” is included so that they may continue to participate in the community of other investors. This  membership includes bringing up to 2 additonal guests.  

Please note, an Investor Profile will be required to be completed as part of the application process.

We are an exclusive, invitation-only, Angel Investor membership and networking organization founded in 1995. During this time, the membership has invested in 55 transaction for a total of $22 Million.   Our members include angels, angel groups,  entrepreneurs, executives and other high net worth individuals involved in early stage equity funding for private companies and creative wealth accumulation through investment in real estate, commodities, and alternative investment vehicles.

We invite people who are active stock market, real estate or private equity investors, and who have accumulated income producing assets that rank in the top 10% of the American population.

We are not financial advisors or registered brokers or dealers. We provide a portal of information of interest to sophisticated investors. We do not endorse any investment opportunities presented to registered members. We organize networking opportunities for our members and prospective members, and we facilitate investor forums where qualified companies present their business plans to qualified investors.
