Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by 1 April 2009 to qualify for a 50% refund. Students may receive a full refund. There will be no refunds for any cancellations received after April 1, 2009. This policy is necessary due to our advance guaranty obligations and the costs associated with administering the conference.

 
Confirmed Registrations

Only paid registrations will be confirmed and payment must be received by 10 April 2009 for registrants to be included on the attendee list which is posted at the forum.
